1Eligibility & Account Registration

SP999 Game is an online entertainment platform available strictly to adults. To register an account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SP999 Game does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate, automated, or agent-operated accounts are not permitted.
• You may hold only one active account on SP999 Game. Duplicate accounts — whether created with the same or different personal details — are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any detail changes, you must update your account promptly.
• SP999 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

SP999 Game may decline to open an account, or suspend an existing account, at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

2Deposits & Payments

All deposits on SP999 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, IBFT, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or card — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are stated on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• SP999 Game does not charge deposit fees on the platform side. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges — these are outside SP999 Game's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• If a deposit appears in your payment history but has not credited your account balance, contact support immediately. Do not attempt to initiate a duplicate transaction before the first one is resolved.
• SP999 Game reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, in PKR. SP999 Game does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or to a different payment method than the one on record for your account.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are published on the platform and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. You may be asked to confirm your identity even if you have not been asked before — this is a standard security measure, not an accusation of any wrongdoing.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed quickly once approved. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's schedule.
• If you have an active bonus balance with remaining wagering requirements, the portion of your balance subject to those requirements is not available for withdrawal until the requirements are met.
• SP999 Game reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests. During these checks, the funds in question may be temporarily unavailable.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to an expired card, a closed bank account, or an inactive mobile wallet. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current.

4Bonuses & Promotions

SP999 Game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific offer terms explicitly state it is repeatable.
• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are stated in the offer terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all.
• Stakes placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards your wagering requirement.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement is not yet met, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• SP999 Game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already activated it, a reasonable adjustment will be made.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — through coordinated play, using multiple accounts, exploiting a software error, or any other method — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.

5Gameplay Rules

Games available on SP999 Game are provided by third-party software providers and governed by the rules embedded in the game itself. SP999 Game displays these games as provided by the supplier; it does not alter the game's RNG, RTP or rules.

• The result of every game is determined by a certified random number generator. Outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed state of the game at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned.
• If a game malfunction causes an incorrect payout to be displayed or credited, SP999 Game reserves the right to void the affected round and correct the balance. You will be notified of any such correction.
• The minimum and maximum stake per round for each game are displayed within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for checking stake limits before playing.
• SP999 Game reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single game round. Where such a limit applies, it is stated in the game information or these terms.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or communication delays to gain an unfair advantage is a violation of these terms and will result in the session being voided and the account reviewed.

6Responsible Gaming

SP999 Game is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform is for adults aged 18 and over, and it is intended as a form of paid entertainment — not a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

• Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options are available in your account settings. You can set these at any time.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem — spending more than you intended, chasing losses, or neglecting other responsibilities — we encourage you to use the self-exclusion option or contact our support team.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and SP999 Game will not send you promotional communications.
• SP999 Game may, at its discretion, impose account limits or suspend an account if it identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your SP999 Game login credentials — username, password, and any one -time PINs — secure and confidential.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. SP999 Game staff will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your SP999 Game account — one that you do not use for any other service.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.
• SP999 Game is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials voluntarily or from failing to secure your device.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SP999 Game. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account using your device, identity documents or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not available through the standard browser interface.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error or technical fault to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained via an identified error will be voided.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms collectively.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false information at registration or during identity verification.
• Funding your account using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a valid deposit through your bank or payment provider after using the funds on the platform.

9Limitation of Liability

SP999 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times.

• SP999 Game is not liable for losses you incur as a result of network outages, device failures, browser incompatibilities, or internet connectivity issues on your end.
• SP999 Game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of enjoyment.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in the relevant game round or transaction.
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10Privacy & Data

SP999 Game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, send you promotional communications.
• SP999 Game does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Transaction records, account activity logs and identity verification documents may be retained for as long as required by applicable record-keeping obligations.
• You may request access to the personal data SP999 Game holds about you by contacting our support team.

11Changes to These Terms

SP999 Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users through in-platform messaging or email.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with a material change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance from your account before the changes take effect.
